Ownership of Work

• All creative works (images, videos, and design assets) are owned by Salty Goods Co.

• Clients who purchase services are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered works for sharing, printing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Usage Restrictions

• Works may not be screenshotted, cropped, edited, altered, or modified.

• Works may not be resold, sublicensed, or used for purposes outside the agreed license.

Attribution

When reposting, sharing, or submitting works to publications or social media, credit must be given by tagging:

Payments

All fees must be paid in full before usage rights are granted.

Refunds

Images and assets are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in St. John's County, Florida.
